In John Berger’s Ways of Seeing. the eye is central to creating perspective in the visible world. As the human eye can only be in one place simultaneously, it takes its visual world with it as it walks. In the interpretation of IS-NESS as a refracted mindscape, the attendee's eye acts as a camera obscura to open up new possibilities of ingested interpretation.
